A friend walk in when the rest of the world walks out.
sometimes in life，
you find a special friend；
someone who changes your life just by being part of it.
someone who makes you laugh until you can‘t shop；
someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world.
someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it.
this is forever friendship.
when you’re down，and the world seems dark and empty，
you forever friend lifes you up in spirits and makes that dark and empty world suddenly seem bright and full.
you forever friend gets you through the hard times ，the sad times ，and the confused times.
if you turn and walk away，
you forever friend follows，
if you lose you way，
you forever friend guides you and cheers you on.
you forever friend holds your hand and tells you that everything is going to be okey.
and if you find such a friend，
you feel happy and complete，
because you need not worry，
you have a forever friend for life ，
and forever has no end.

Thank you very much fou choosing to come in such a cold night.Today my topic is about choice and process.A research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.With so many choices one day， people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. In my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process makes the difference.
非常感谢你傅聪来选择在这样一个寒冷夜晚.今天我的话题是关于选择和process.A研究表明，一个人必须作出的选择73一一天，如此众多的选择，有一天，人们容易混淆，因此害怕作出错误的选择，他们毫不犹豫地并最终错过了真正的生活的一部分。在我看来，下面的部分是更重要的不是选择。没有绝对的对错选择，但精彩或乏味的生活，这使得该进程的差异。
Life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles. Take myself as an example， I changed my major when I became a postgraduate. After the choice，days have been harsh for me.I cannot understand the new lessons at all. For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，I persisted. I asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life. Gradually I could understand some parts and even found maths interesting.Moreover， I learned to act instead of complaining. In retrospect，the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months becomes an unforgetable experience in my life.

Every time the weekend comes， I told myself:“To get up as early as possible.” But every time，I can not get up until 12 o’clock. Each time，I would find an excuse for the reason why I get up late， for example: I want get up early，but yesterday，I got to bed late because I watched a film.
This just an example，what I want to say is: haw many times we are going to do a good thing，and we say to ourself:’but’，so we give up.many times，the excuse we find is not smart，but we still give up because of laze or other reasons.It is this nasty little word that allows us to lie to ourselves and to severly limit ourselves without even knowing it. Such acts hinder the progress of our own opportunities， hinder the opportunity to help others， hinder the opportunities we learn from each other，and sometimes is also hinder the development of our company.for example: It is time to get off duty when a customer visits， We are concerned that we may not keep up with the end of the shuttle ， so we say: I would like to help you， but the computer system does not work， you can come back tomorrow， ok？ We always thought such a thing is the small things， but it has hindered our progress.
So ，what we should do？ We have to overcome our lazy or concerns， when we encounter things， do not look for an excuse. We should be put our hearts in our work， then there will be pay off. As long as we persevere， that we will achieve an unexpected harvest.

My favorite super star is JJ. he has a lovely dimple and his eyes are also very lovely . Now let me tell you the story about JJ.He entered the music industry at the year 2004 ， before that year ，he was only a boy who wrote songs for many super stars ，his songs were liked by many people but no one care who was the writer . He was only hard to write songs because he like music， he thought music has it soul， if you sing it by heart， it well be lived. I like a song of him， its name is CRIES IN A DISTANCE， the song tells us， nothing is sad if we believe the hope. He has many difficulty ， but his song says ， cries in a distance ， can‘t stop the tremble ， I’m just waiting my turn ， hiding will never ， save me forever ， the guns gone get me for sure . Dear god I pray why won‘t you be my friend， come to me and take my hand， like mama would say everything will be ok. Now he is not rather a shy singer and performer， the lyrical songs make him mature， and now he is a man or not a boy .He is a real super star with many fans ，the improve mark a big step forward confident .
